News summer 2010 – Another Gold Medal at the Suffolk Show

We were exhibiting again this year at the Suffolk Show, and are delighted to have once more been awarded a gold medal. Our display this year included examples of how to include vegetables in an ornamental garden, as well as some unusual plants such as a dark flowered form of the grass Briza media, which aroused much interest among visitors.

We took part in the East Bergholt Open Gardens and all had a very successful day, raising about £6000 for St Mary’s Church, the weather being much kinder than last year with only a few downpours! If you are visiting us do try and find time to visit the church. It has an interesting and most unusual bell cage in the churchyard.
